Wash and strain Skinnypasta. In a small pot, boil 1/2 cup of maple syrup with the cherries for 10 minutes.
Add the Skinnypasta and keep cooking for 10 more minutes, then let it cool down.
Mix the nuts with 1/4 cup of the syrup and move everything to a baking dish and into the oven for 5-7 minutes in temperature of 180° c (355° f). Remove and let it cool down.
Then break it to small pieces. Pour the cheese, sweet cream, and 1/4 cup of maple into a bowl use the whisk to create French like cream.

Do all of the above twice and then add some more SkinnyRice, nuts, and one single cherry on top.
