  1. In a wok pan, heat the oil; add the onion then the garlic and the celery while tossing.
  2. Add the mushrooms, carrot, squash, and the red pepper while continuing to toss.
  3. Add the cabbage and the salt. Add the eggs and stir properly until it’s ready.
  4. Add the SkinnyNoodles and the soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
