  1. In a medium pot, fry the onion until it becomes a brownish color.
  2. Then, add the lentils and fry for 5 more minutes. Add the celery, carrot, and the squash.
  3. Add two cups of water while consistently stirring and then cover the pot with the lid and put on back burner for 20 minutes until the lentils are soft.
  4. Add the spices then the SkinnyRrice and stir properly.
