Instructions
  1. Pre-cook broccoli for 10min in water, in microwave.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil. Add the onion, crushed garlic and the mushrooms. Fry for 5 minutes
  3. Add the chicken and spice with lemon & herb until the chicken is cooked.
  4. Add the cream and blue cheese and stir well.
  5. Add the broccoli and SkinnySpaghetti and simmer for 5 minutes.
